Nupp ultrasound
To make an appointment please call our clinic on 08 662 7626 or 076 227 6315 and speak to our friendly staff who will provide you with all the necessary information that you will need to have your blood test and ultrasound done. They will also book you in for your ultrasound. We also recommend that you inform your own doctor that you intend to have the combined NUPP ultrasound and blood tests. There are well over 70 locations in the Stockholm region where you can have your blood test performed, so there is a location near you. You will not have to come to our clinic to have the blood test performed and you do not have to pay for the blood test where you have it done. You just arrive at your appointment time with the information we will provide you, and we take care of the rest. We will send you the requisite form via post that you will need to take with you to have you blood test done. We will obtain your address when you call and sent the required information to you. You must contact us within 3 days of your booking if you have not received the information in the mail. All our patients have their blood tests sent to and analyzed at Karolinska University Hospital in Solna, and our clinic will obtain the results. Once this is done, the next step is for you to have your ultrasound done at your allocated appointment time. After the ultrasound is completed, our staff will use the ultrasound results along with the blood test results to give your overall risk factor result. Our staff will explain the findings of the results and provide you with an official report.
As part of the examination, you will receive a DVD of the entire ultrasound, another CD containing all the images taken during the examination together packaged in an attractive case, as well as some black and white printed images. We provide this all inclusive with the NUPP ultrasound. No hidden or extra costs are involved.
